Hello!
I started this blog as a way to cope with high functioning anxiety. It gets too noisy in my head sometimes with all my "to-do lists", "what-ifs" and "what am I doing with my life?" that I decided to instil discipline in myself in documenting my mental health journey for self therapy. I want to share my coping strategies while I go on my quest to discover my passion. I'm hoping that by opening up, it will help reduce the stigma on anxiety and inspire personal development and wellness.
