This page specifically lists down free mental health resources and free wellbeing resources available in Ireland as well as other resources I found online that I think are incredibly helpful. 7 Cups

7 Cups is a website that connects you to caring listeners for free emotional support. It offers free 24/7 chat support and it’s your chance to be heard by volunteer listeners.

Turn2Me

This website offers free online support groups on anxiety, suicidal thoughts and feelings, depression, loss and bereavement and more.

Grow Meetings

If you feel like connecting to people face to face, you can join a Grow meeting. The group meetings are anonymous, there is no need to register, you just need to come along. It’s free and you’ll be surrounded by other people who have similar issues or going through tough times in their lives.

Bliss Free Interactive Therapy for Depression

Bliss website offers an 8 session interactive therapy program for depression that you have to complete on your own. The program is based on cognitive behavioural therapy or CBT. The program is designed to teach techniques to help improve your mental health.

Therapist Aid CBT Resources

Created by professionals for other professionals, this website includes some free CBT worksheets, interactive tools, guides, videos and articles about various mental health topics.
